Need info on 4x4 indicator light

Truck is an 02 (IIRC) 24V 4X4 AUTO original owner. The light went out so figured pull the dash swap in a new bulb and be good to go, wrong. Its not a light bulb but an LED, does anyone have a PN or any info on what kind of LED that is so a correct one can be purchased?

Tested the LED in the dash and narrowed to problem to that vs it being the sensor in the CAD as well as being the truck is used for plowing its obvious that 4 wheel is engaging.

TIA!!

You have a CAD? Most '02's dont have the CAD axle.
