MPG's went in the crapper!!!

Im getting 14 mpg's. I have maintained a constant 19 MPG's on summer fuel since I have got this truck. I seem to recall something could cause this but can't rememebr what. Is it the Banjo Bolt? I'm hoping to get a few suggestions here. This is breaking my bank.

With your mileage, could be the timing has slipped. As I understand it, this tends to happen over time, since the P-pump gear has no key in it.
Has the engine become more sluggish to start up? Has the idle dropped in RPM, especially when cold?
When was the last time you replaced the fuel filter?

First thing, check your fuel pressure.

Bet it is filter/LP/pre-filter/Overflow valve related.

All of the above. RPMS are around 500. It does crank a bit longer before it fires. The filter is about 3 months old. I have been wanting to bump the timing up a bit anyway.

I don't have a pressure gauge, so not sure about the fuel pressure. I'll put a new filter on it tonight.

My vote is to check the timing. 12 degrees is stock, but if you're in there checking it, bump it on up to 15.5. There are people here who know more about the timing aspect than I, but it is my understand that once you get to 16 and up you can experience problems starting the engine.
