What sort of job was this? I was under my rig yesterday doing fluids and had a look at my front links and noted wear and a cracked bushing on at least one side. Is it as easy as jacking the front and unloading the sway bar by dropping the axle some? Does anyone offer the mounts as well or can those be had at Napa or some place?

xp8103, I replaced my bushings with energy suspension (about 24bucks) they came with new steel mount and also with grease fittings

then add the maxx link!I notice the improvement, trust in me!

I installed mine today- maxx links + energy suspension sway bar bushings-

Ride is much better now, but I could not compare to a new stocker. Mine were really quite shot...

I noticed that the axle side of my trackbar was lose too, and tightened it up- helped a lot too.
(If you take a look at the track bar mounting bolt on the axle and you see a little "half moon" of slightly different color it's worthwhile to check with a wrench)

It's very easy- truck stands on it's wheels, take a seat on the ground in front of your truck- remove both nuts holding stock sway bar links on one side, then install first maxx link, do not tighten!
Then do the other side. If you want to change the sway bar bushings too, do them one side after the other, with the sway bar links installed, you just unbolt the old one, pull out the shot bushing, slip on new one and install new bracket. (comes with the bushing)

Before tightening the maxx links take a look if the sway bar is centered, both links should be vertical if you look from the front.
Tighten as per instructions, go for a test drive and smile

Do the Maxx Links come in a longer than stock version for trucks with a leveling kit?
