Max Tire Size on my 99 4x4?

I have a 99 Quad Cab short bed with the camper set up. It has always looked out of wack with the standard tires on it. What is the max size I can put on it without causing any clearance issues? I don't want to lift the body. I do have air bags on the rear, but they don't change ride height.

I think the perfect size is 295/75/16. My BFG A/Ts fill everything up well and I have no lift or leveling kit. I can hear a rub on the lower control arm at complete turn locks only and noticed about an inch wide strip of paint on the lower control arms was worn clean. You can't tell the tires have hit anything at all from looking at them. It doesn't wander around. I've had them on for a year and a half. They stick out even with the fender edges.

I think 305/70s look too wide and I hear 315s have their own issues, but will technically "fit."
