I finished installing a 3 gauge set from isspro, well first pyro wouldn't read anything, check wiring like 3 times, called dieselmanor and they are sending a new amp. box ( great customer service!) anyway, now no sound. The unit has power, time plays, can change tracks etc, but no sound, it's like there's some mute button or something. I checked the fuse anyway, but I am having trouble figuring out what it could be. All the speakers stop working at once? pulled head unit and checked plugs, I looked around under the steering wheel, i didn't rip any thing out with the install. I did un hook the small speaker in the A-pillar, but then I connected the wires to close the circit, shouldn't matter anyway, the speakers are each separate. I didn't see a mute button, it's the factory stereo. Help???

Sounds like you might have unplugged the remote wire from the radio.
This is the wire that turns on your factory amplifier.
Otherwise you got me stumped.
