I'm in the same boat. Just checked my tracking numbers and my Carli Starter System and control arms should be waiting on my front step when I get home.
You should be able to install yourself with basic tools. You will need longer jackstands to prop under the frame. My jackstands aren't tall enough, but I'll compensate by building 2x4 platforms like the picture below.

I had my leveling kit and shocks installed on both sides in under an hour, and that was taking my time. It's one of the more simple upgrades to do to a truck.

I installed my longer springs and Bilsteins in about 3 hours taking my time. We used a spring compressor to squeeze the springs just a couple inches to make the job easier. Depends tho on the springs you bought and their height. Shocks are pretty easy after that. Just have a long extension to make it easier on the knuckles.

You guys need to lay off the speed, or give me some. Yesterday it took me 8 hours and 5 beers to install, my Carli springs, Carli sway bar end links, Bilstein 5100 shocks (front and back), and Moog steering dampner. Even with the front axle at full droop and using a spring compresser, I had to use a jack between the frame and axle to give me the room to get the springs installed. Getting the old springs out and the new in took the longest amount of time.

After installing a 2" levelling kit on my truck I noticed a clunking feel in the steering wheel when changing directions. I ended up getting a flipped pitman arm to alleve the strain on the stocker, which drops in from above.
This solved the problem. I think I got it from Tuff Country.
