Interior Plastic Painting HELP!!

I've start a paint job on my 99 interior plastic/trim. I have choose SEM Color Coat CAMEL, I used VINYL PREP (for cleaning) SAND FREE (for prep surface) and spray 3 or 4 coat following the can instructions... Once finished 2 or 3 plastic part I've noticed that the paint can easily peel off with a finger nail...it seems to be very lightly adhere...I thought it changed out the plastic color but under camel coat there is the orginal black color plastic....what's wrong??

Adhesion promoter after cleaning helps that.

Also, ABS plastic can't be redyed unless it's done at the initial molding stage with color pellets. So, the paint will stay on top.

Clean with prep wipe, adhesion promoter, and paint.

I have used the adhesion promoter! SEM SAND FREE! sprayed the first camel coat when SAND FREE is still wet, following instructions...
what's this mean: unless it's done at the initial molding stage with color pellets

thanx for the reply!

ABS is formed using colored pellets of plastic, heated, and formed.

That's ok, I understand! I have paint the fuse cover on the right side of the dash with perfect result!very shine and dont peel off under scratch!
my problem is for the back seat "pillar" (where seatbelt hang up), I think problem is due to different type of plastic...exactly?
