They are not to bad to install. I did mine in about an hour and a half. The best way to do it is to buy the dodge kit and it comes with the stencil to drill the holes and pretty good instructions on how to wire them up. The hardest part for me was feeding the wires to each one with out taking the headliner down.

yes it comes with the lights and all of the wiring. It is pretty much everything you will need. I got mine around 2 years ago for $80. If you are going to get some one else's kit if I can find my old instructions you can have them if you want.

1. the recons ones come with LED's and short wires to splice into the factory harness (you have to supply the splices)

2. I have the factory ones from when i swapped to the Recon ones. Bulbs all worked when i took them out (a week or two ago). screws are a tad rusty, but other than that, they look good. any takers?

Phedge if you can find those that would be great but if not dont worry bout it. The kit sounds cheaper than i was expecting especially coming from dodge.

Once you drop the headliner you'll see holes where you're supposed to drill. Be gentle with the headliner. The hardest part is getting the courage to drill through the cab!

is it hard to put the headliner back nice, and dont you have to take it off, or you will drill through it?? or is there enough room?

i did this to mine, and helped with another truck a couple months ago..the kit from dodge was $90....to get the newer style lights like mine should have had from the factory i had to buy a kit labeled for 03+...which wasnt a big deal except that meant the template was wrong. but even without the correct templete we were able to do both trucks in about 1.5 each....they look great. the hardest part i think was also the headliner...no so much that it was hard to do, just time consuming...

It looks easy but I am going to have a body guy do for me. There is no way I am going to drill into my cab. Should take about 1.5 hours.

Did my old truck couple years ago, just remove the whole headliner, and you'll see the availble holes already there from the factory. So you just drill a little hole in the center of each one, and just remember to use some clear silicone to keep er sealed up on the mounting screws.
