"inexpensive" hub and bearing assembly?
where can a person find a front hub assembly for one at a resonable price and what does every one think is resonable?

You could buy used. If you inspect the bearings carefully, you can decide whether to put new ones in. I'd only use the old bearings if money was tight at the time. If you get new bearings, get Made in USA, like Timken.
You can also get an idea of "reasonable" by the cost of used ones:
