Talking I appreciate this Forum

Although I don't post much any longer I still peruse this forum for items. It has been so helpful over the years as everything that happens to my truck I already know what the issue is.

Point: today my 16 year old daughter called me from about 20 miles from home. "Dad - the brakes are acting funny - it stops but goes almost to the floor". Me: "Does it hit the floor or just further than it should?". Daughter: "further than it should".

So I told her to call a tow truck and have it taken to the shop for a new brake line - by the fuel tank was my guess. Bingo - repair done and my daughter is back on the road in less than a day!

So thanks to all you owners posting up your issues and all you helpful folks giving solutions! It sure makes troubleshooting quick and easy for me!

Great news..... I'm glad to hear she's safe and.....is smart enough of a girl to call dad when she thinks there's a small problem before it turns into a huge problem. She sounds like a good kid and you're a good dad.
