Hmm, where's this wire go?

I just got a new to me '97 2500 4x4 CTD. This is my first Dodge, so I'm trying to find my way around the truck. I have a plug hanging down from the wire bundle that goes to the horns that looks like it ought to be plugged in somewhere. It's got about 6" of wire from the tie-down to the plug and hangs down to just below the bumper on the front left corner of the truck. I don't see anything obviously missing a wire - the horns are connected and working, the headlight, marker and turn signal all work on that corner... any ideas?
Thanks.
Greg

Not sure on the 97, but the factory fog light wire on the 2001, goes all the way down to the crossmember under the radiator and splits.
FWIW
wk

Re:Hmm, where's this wire go?

Could it be for the temperature sender for the overhead console? Me thinks I looked into this once but do not remember what the answer was.

Of course, if you have an overhead console and nothing plugs into the connector then I am obviously mistaken (not an unusual condition for me).
