should be a "plug and play", the new harness should plug into your exsisitng light sockets, then the other end should plug into your new lamps/lights...then you need a power source and a good ground, you will be using your trucks original lighting and wiring to "turn on" the realys that will then transmit power to your new lights via the relay......if i understand correctly
