HELP Dash /PCM Problem.

I have a 1998 12 valve engine and I have been working on this for 3 weeks and need some help. Fast. My problen is that I went to start it and it started fine but I noticed that the odometer was flashing code 120 and 121. Truck run fine. I also noticed that I had no dash gages temp tack fuel alt so I shut it off. I checked around the wires as so on. I don't have a tack or the grid for starting isn't working along with the air compressor Just no power at all. But it does run!!. I checked the fuse links, grounds, etc nothing so far. I have a Mac mentor scanner and it will not link up with the PCM either. What is wrong with it. This is my first Diesel dodge truck and I'm not having any fun. This truck has had a very good life and was well taken care of. I did buy a new computer for it thinking it was bad since everything goes through the PCM Any help !! Thanks Clyde 309-472-2001 of e mail corvettebuddy@hotmail.com.
