Heater Fan

The heater fan in my truck (truck in signature) is starting to rumble so replacement time is arriving. This will be my 3rd replacement.
Are there any brands more reliable then others?
TIA
Stan

I've always had the best luck with Dodge replacement blower motors. The 2nd gen blowers are usually really durable. Mine's still original on my 96. Not sure why you've had such rotten luck with yours.

Wonder if a fan from a dodge gas would work....Maybe get one from a dodge truck at SGI....Problem is SGI tends to be expensive...

I think the fan will work from any 2nd gen truck. It also looks like the same hvac box from my '93 Grand Cherokee.

Never thought of SGI. I will give them a call.
johnh, you said your fan was made overseas, does that mean China?
I assume most of the aftermarket fans are made in China and maybe the Dodge fans as well. I know quality items can be manufactured over there but the odds are not that great.
Thanks for the ideas.
