Heated mirror not working

Recently, I discovered that my driver's side heated mirror is not heating. The power mirror functions still work, and the paddenger side mirror works fine.

Anyone have any suggestions? I can't find any indication in the fues panels of which fuse the heaters run on. I have tried to find a wiring diagram for the mirrors, but haven't found one yet. I'm hoping it's not a bad heating element.

Check your voltage at the mirror before replacing it. The umbilical cord going into the door could have a broken wire. The heating elements do fail but so do the wires where they flex.

Same thing happened to me recently, but mine is the passengers side. I really hate taking off the door pannel...so, can any one tell us where the relay(s) is(are)? That way I can check farther up stream before I know I have to remove the pannel?
