Front end pull while underway
Truck: 2001.5 2500 4x4 90000 miles 285/75R16 tires
not too long ago I started noticing that at speed (above 30 mph), the truck would make pull to one side all of the sudden...usually while in a small turn on the hwy.
I did notice there was movement in the ball joint of the track bar while turning the steering wheel to the right. So the truck has a new track bar and I am still having the sudden pull.
the ball joints were replaced about 15k miles ago and the new track bar is the better spicer track bar.
. I plan on putting the front end on jacks this weekend and push/pull on every single component to see if there is any play.
any other suggestions what to look for?

I am assuming you mean the truck is pulling to the right or left as you drive straight down the road, often overlooked is the tires being underinflated, will cause a pull to one side. Also alignment will cause it or brakes.
Hope that helps some,

A simple brake test
This "test" will work on the front and rear (without limited slip on rear.)
Simply jack up the front and give the tires a spin and count how many times the tire spins.
If your brakes are dragging it will show up during this test.
