Front bumper sag

Hello All,

Almost every second gen truck made in the 90s seem to have front bumper sag.

What I mean is the bumper turns down at the points closest to the tires. Anyone know what causes this?

Things that go bump in the night . Loosen the 3 bolts on the frame brackets and pull it back up.
