Either full AC or Heat, no mixing happening? I thought I saw something about a mixer door? Am I barking up the right tree?

Are you talking about when you turn the switch to adjust the fan control, you either have full ac/heat or none at all? if that's the case, there's a resistor that screws in below your fan, two screws, and a plug in connector. If you pull that out, there's a good chance that's burned up. It's about a 60 dollar part from the dealer. I just had to do that to mine, and it fixed my issue. I had the same problem. If you need pictures, let me know, and I can try and take some later.

Mode door adapter cracked/broke. Drop the mode door actuator off, pull the adapter off the bottom of the door and you'll most likely find it broken. I still have one in my tool box from "back in the day".

I ordered a pin from HeatTreater that should be here tomorrow. I guess like you said the pin breaks off and the blend door just spins in circles. Thanks for the help.
