E-track strips and straps?
Anyone ever put these in the floor of your bed? Might be handy when strapping loads down. I know traditonally they are put along the walls of an enclosed trailer...

Nope........strictly on the walls of box trucks for me. Very durable in my experiences. IMO, there wouldn't be a problem with this just so long as the tracks stay clear of corrosive liquids and physical debris, small rocks etc. Also the attachment points to the truck.

Good point, on the bed I could see a lot of crap getting stuck into it.

And as far as the load ratings go, it would only be as strong as the sheet metal and fasteners that were used to secure it.
