doors are sagging

I have a 99 CTD quad cab, and both the front doors are sagging and the bottom corner of the passenger door is actually starting to rub on the rocker panel. Anyone know how to adjust these doors. There is a little star headed bolt in on each hinge and I thought that is maybe what they are for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You might run a search on replacing door hinge pins. I remember reading a post not too long ago where someone gave a real good description of remplacing them. Some other good advice came up that I had never thought of was to never turn the truck off with the doors open. It shakes the doors pretty hard when they are open.

Sorry. I forgot to mention that I checked the pins and they seem to be tight.

I was getting some serious air leaks on my driver's side door. I replaced the upper hinge bushings and pin last fall. No more noise. I used a universal Help or Motormite kit. I had to drill the upper side to get the new bushing to fit. Worth every penny plus the 2 hours to R&R. The Dodge bushings are pathetic. Passenger door will be this spring when the temps stay a bit warmer.

Wild Bill,

You might put your truck info into your signature...

I second the the idea of rebuilding the door hinges... Fairly simple to do. The kit that fueling around is looking at is the most common...
