Daytime running lights
I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 that was made for Canada. My day time running lights do not work anymore. Everything else seems to work OK. I think they are a added safety factor and would like to have them back working.

I don't know if the 01's are wired exactly the same, but the DRL module is typically the failure component. From DC its around $50 CAD, so probably $35-40 USD.
The module is located on the drivers fender well, down near the harness going to the rear brake lites etc. and is about 3-4" square. Should be a plug-in replacement.
I have a picture of a jumper for mine as my module died and I didn't want to replace it at this time.. In my gallery.

$135 must be list price.......I hope $81 and $135 isn't the difference between jobber and list!! But dealers are known to take us for a ride!

I was getting a "special" price from my dealer in town about a year ago.
