Cruise Control & Heater Fan

Hi,

I just acquired a 96 Ram 2500. It has a couple issues that I'd appreciate some advice on.
1. Cruise Control is dead. The owners manual doesn't even mention what fuse supplies power to it. Anyone know what fuse to check? This unit have any problem areas?
2. Heater/A/C fan run only on high. I suspect the blower motor resister. Is this a common problem?

Thanks and take care.

Just aquired a 96 Ram 2500, bone stock (for now)
