Considering a generation change....need opinions on this truck pls

Hi all,

It's been a long time, my old Red Bull has been real good to me but I'm considering stepping up to a 3500 for the extra pulling stability. ( I'll be pulling a 24 foot enclosed with a about 5K in it ). Here is the link to the truck, I would like some outside opinions on the value they've put on this. It is a 98 12 valve.

Thanks

The link didn't take me to a specific page but my father in-law just traded his 2500 auto for a 3500 6 spd. He wanted the extra stability when pulling his 12500 5ver. He also didn't want any more automatic transmission problems. He got both but its heck to park when getting groceries down South. It's OK for him in Canada as they live in a small town. I prefer single rear wheel and the 2500 5 spd works for me pulling my 12500 5ver. Easier to park in the big city

Well that's no good if the link doesn't work. It works for me for some reason, I'm pretty much computer challenged so I'm not sure how to fix it. I kinda wished I bought a V-nose trailer instead of the barn door I'm draggin down the road, but it was a good deal. Oh well...I'm just looking for an excuse to get a dually so I can fit in around here

I tried it again and the link works now???? But a BLACK truck?? you will always be washing it. It doesn't say if its a 12v or 24v engine. Father in law paid $20000 for a 2001 slt sport Dually 4X4 24V 6 spd from a dealer. That was full price as he traded his in. His was nice and clean about 180,000 km and not bad rubber.

I had him check, it is a 12 valve...any more valves than that it's no good . I know black is a biatch...but it's my favourite colour .
