Command start troubleshooting question

Hello All, My 98.5 Has factory installed Command start. It starts up and runs fine. But now I can't unlock the doors via the remote. While it's running. Like I used too. but I can unlock the doors anytime when not using the auto start. I put new batteries in the remotes last week and have been working fine. I tried with both key fobs. Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks,
John

Are you the original owner?

I have never heard of a factory remote starter on a 98. I dont think it was even offered as an option.

Im not trying to prove you wrong but if you find out the brand and model, you might be able to get some info on it.

No. Im not the original owner. I use the factory Key Fob and hit lock twice and Truck will go thru the time out then Start. On the back or the Key Fob it says TRW. And has the Chrysler Pin number. I'm actually the third owner. I was under the assunption that it was a factory install. Or a dealer installed option. Thanks for your response.
