clicking sound from under the dash

I have a noise coming from my (auto ) shifter linkage i have been trying to locate and finally found it .The sound was being transmitted up my steering column and drivin me nuts .It was a bushing on the bottom of the rod coming from my column that connects to the horizontal linkage of the tranny .going to the Dodge house 2 day and pick one up i don't care if its 20 bucks ! I can make it appear by rocking the truck sitting in the driveway try it .
