I asked my son as he does the CD burning around here. He said you have to go into your CD burner program and change the your music files to wave files from mp3 hope this helps

Make sure the CD is a CD-R and not a CD-RW. I have discovered that most basic CD players will only play CD-R CD's. And just because a newly burned CD will play in your computer doesnt mean it will play in all CD players. I have the infinity and play burned CD's all of the time

Your factory head unit does not support the Mp3 format that is why many of us switch to aftermarket with the MP3 format supported you can typically fit 200 songs on one cd instead of only 20. The others are right most newer cd burning programs will convert the songs on the fly others need to be converted. My suggestion is to get the newest nero burning rom and then burn away.

what cd burning program do you use............you have to burn a music cd, not a data or mp3 cd .......most newer burning programs will convert the mp3's on the fly ......
