Yeah thats tool bad, my ac clutch started cycling in and out again today so its low again. The question now is my heater in the winter blows extremely hot and it seems to be in fine working order would you guys still reccomend replacing it? Also when i do have to use the heater its either really hot or really cold, there is no adjustment. Should i replace the blender valve when im in there?

First, while it's a good bet that it is your evaporator leaking, I would confirm it before replacing it. If you do replace it a heater core is cheap and I would change it also. To replace the evaporator you have to split the plenum so you can inspect all the doors and clean them at the same time. When you reassemble be sure to check the movement of the doors to ensure that they are properly located in their hinge points as if not you would have to remove the plenum to disassemble it and relocate the door in question. Also watch for the small black vacuum line that passes through the firewall with the AC fittings.
With the plenum on the floor/bench it is easy to remove the blend door actuator for inspection.
