brake lines rear

I finaly got a break in the weather to check my brake problem and found my leak, what is the part that the brake line conects to from front to rear it is tucked into the frame rail and has the 3/16 hard line and the soft line down to rear axel- anyone know what this part is called or part numbers so i can shop for a new one- it is rusted away and i need to replace it with the soft lines to axel- looks like a distribution block-idk? what to call it??

rear brake lines

if anyone else is having this same problem the part is called the valve height sensing brake and part # is- 52009 783AA
anybody know what this thing does exactly??

valve height sensing brake

i got search to work anf found what this thing does and that it is not really needed with the by-pass brake line #52009575ae
