Blowing Fuses

Been blowing the 20A fuses under the hood for either the hazard lights or the stop lights. It seems to alternate between the two. I figured that there is a wire that is rubbing somewhere, the problem is that the problem will be hard to find. Has anybody had the same problem?? Where do you suggest i start at??? Also, my drivers power window does not operate. If i take the motor out, it operates fine, put it up to the door (touch metal with it) and it does not operate. Any help would be great...

I would start at the trailer connector in the back. They can get full of crud and short out.
