Anybody ever paint a two tone dually to the single color?
I am looking at a 2 tone truck the waterfall style where the top is one color and the bottom is white.
Anyone ever just paint it so it's the solid primary color, in this case it would be red as it looks like the bed and door jambs are already red along with the top half of the truck.
The truck is pretty dang clean so maybe they can just blend it in and it would be solid red.
I'm not too keen on driving around a candy cane truck .
How much do you think this would cost to get a pretty good job done?

Hmm...Don't know about your area...But here they want $8,000 for a paint job for my truck with no body work......WHAT....are you guys on crack.....All the paint shops here want to do insurance claims and don't want to deal with private deals....You could buy alot of tools for $8,000...I did it myself. With 2 new fenders ,2 new rockers, primar and paint(OW...$141 a quart.used a gallon and half) costed $1,200 in materials and my labour.Should be able to get a paint job for $2,700 and thats just a guess.
