Adjusted my steering box
I've been living with my truck wandering all over the road for 5 yrs now and I finally broke down and adjusted the box...wow what a difference. It was 1/2 turn to snug so I split the difference and went with the recommended 1/4 turn and now she's straight and true. I was even getting feedback through the steering wheel but now that's gone and its like I have a new truck again. This the first time I've adjusted it and she's got 235K on her.
Pwr steering pump & starter rebuild this weekend and then I'm through wrenching for a while...I hope.

Top of the box. My steering wheel was already true so I didn't mess with the other adjustment...maybe I should have. I really didn't snug it up, I just tightened it until I felt resistance and then I backed it off 1/4. If this buys me some more mileage out of her I'll be tickled pink.
