AC Condensation leak
I drove from Atlanta to Montgomery today (~2 1/2 hours) and when I got to Montgomery my passenger floorboard was SOAKED. Got under the truck to see if I could see a drain that maybe was clogged but couldn't find anything (not even a drain). Help! Thanks...

Re:AC Condensation leak
Look right behind the down pipe.
I just had the same prob.
I raised the carpet and put a beed of sylicone around where the drain goes through the firewall on the inside and the outside.
I normally don't like to rig things like this but to remove the heater box you have to drain the freon.
If this don't work I will

Re:AC Condensation leak
It should be right behind the filter dryer.
The dryer is the black canister with the green connector on top. The pics are from a 99, but they should be the same.

How humid is it in your area? I get a steady stream from mine, but it's humid as #$%#@ here (read sauna).
You could look at it as a good thing, that your AC is working very well. ;D

Every time I've been in MO. (too many) the humidity has been at or near 100%. Last time I was in K.C. - summer of '02 - it was 107[sup]o[/sup] and 100% humidity. When I stopped for fuel it looked looked like a water faucet was turned on under my truck.
On the radio, every 5 minutes they were giving the temp, humidity, and heat index (I think it was 113[sup]o[/sup]) and telling the ill and elderly to please stay inside. Sure glad I don't live there. My cousin lives in K.C. and owns a heating and A/C shop. He loves it in the summer time.

Hey!
I dug up this post to see if this fix worked for you guys?
It was really humid yesterday and about 90* so I had the air on full. I had a steady stream of condensation runnin in to the passenger side floor board (luckily I have rubber and not carpet). Sounds like a water fountain runnin inside my dash. Might be a soggy summer

Just fixed my 96 2 weeks ago. Driving to the Claremont diesel rally I found that every right curve I drove on gave me a water faucet on the right floorboard. When I got to the rally I found that the little hose was gone. I stuck a pocket screwdriver into the hole and wiggled it a little. Low and behold, Niagra Falls out the firewall, for about a minute.
No problem since.
