99 volume control on steering wheel

A buddy of mine broke the volume control on my steering wheel and was wondering if anyone new of an easy way of changing it and where to get the part other than dodge(dont like to pay the small fortune)

Broke, That's tough to do, but there are gorillas out there. The normal thing is contacts get corroded and present the wrong resistance, and do wrong things on radio. Like volume button changing stations. Some contact cleaner will sometimes help. Try dealer, may not be as bad as think.
