Nice truck but at $16500 that's a lot for a 16 year old truck....

Is it a 98.5 with upped interior??

Even if it is a grail truck, that's more than I would give, with over 100K miles...

There is a big price range depending on equipment. A 2500 2wd automatic would be way over priced and way over market. A clean 3500 dually 4x4 5 speed extended cab would get it all day long. A '96 3500 spec'ed as above got $17,750 on the big auction site a month or so ago. The 4x4 and 5 speed combo is probably worth $5k or more over a 2wd automatic. I tried to buy a '96 super clean 4x4 3500 automatic from a dealer ad and it sold for $14k (in 2 days) before they could even detail it or post up pics. There is definitely a high end market for the really clean and rust free ones.

If it is a clean 4x4 dually then you need to be looking seriously at it.
