4 full sized doors?
I swear i saw a 2nd gen 3500 dually with four full sized doors today. I know i did, i walked past it. Did they ever make these? I always thought 2nd gen quad cabs had suicide doors.

There are a couple different companies out there that you can send your truck to and they will modify the body and you will get back a 2nd gen ram with a true quad cab configuration. There have been a few trucks shown on these forums that have had the conversion done. From what I understand it is VERY expensive to have done. I've heard somewhere in the nieghborhood of 10-15K
Although I would rather do that to my fully paid for truck than buy a new one.

i guess it could have been custom, it was a stock looking truck pulling a police horse trailer, so maybe the city got a custom truck.

I guarantee it was a custom job. From the pictures I have seen on this forum, you can't tell that it is not factory, other than the fact they never made them that way

I sold mine earlier this year. SRW 2500
There are a handfull of them out there. When I had mine, I tried to keep an eye out for them and I knew of about 10 or so. I am sure there are many more but that is about how many I saw for sale or elsewhere.
