Well I've been thinking that instead of lifting the front of the truck and making it that much higher I could get my rear blocks machined down 1"-2" and level the truck that way. Have anyone done this before or have any ideas on how to do it?

It will be fine if you like the lowered look. I got a 1 1/2 in level kit from Daystar to level my 2wd, I want mine a tad higher than stock. I hope to get it on this weekend.
