2003 rims and 315's on early 2nd gen?

sorry about the repost guys, Ive got a local guy selling cheap and I want to ****** these up before they go.
I just want to make real sure the dimensions and the bolt pattern and all is right before I buy these. Is the backspacing any different? Ill be putting 315's on with a levelling kit

I was told that the 3rd generation rims would fit my 97 with no problems. I know the 99-2002 rims will not fit because of back spacing. Pete
