1997 dodge ram

I have a 1997 dodge ram 2500 my heater and air conditioning only blow out the floor I have the vac valve to fix it but don't know where it goes

Would suggest putting this in the 2nd gen forum for more visibility.

Never done one, but I believe that part goes up under the dash on the pass. side.

what valve are you talking about there is a one way check valve on the pump itself, but a lose vaccum line to the vents is usally the culprit in this case.
