12 point hub bolts
The four bolts that hold the hub on.
I tried to back them out and gave up. I used a propane torch to heat the metal, and I used PB blaster. I have no pneumatic equipment; if these bolts coming out it's going to be with hand tools. What's some trick I can use to get them out?

Heating it causes it to expand. Heating it enough will cause the threads to get hot and expand as well.
While sometimes just the heat makes them easier to break loose, usually this is not the time to try.
Dribble water on the bolt only will cool it back down and cause it to contract....hopefully breaking it free from the threads which are still hot.
Then, remove.
