01 Cummins wipers keep blowing fuse

I bought a 2001 ext cab 6spd swb Cummins about 4 days ago.
The wipers keep blowing the fuse. i used the wipers one day an the next day they dont work.
Any info at all would be great.

blowing fuse

i put a new relay in an replaced the fuse an it works perfect now, relay was 6,50 an a 5pack of fuses was 1,49.

even though no one stepped up with any suggestions.
