If it was the one on the Minn craigslist that is a nice pickup, but you cant post CL or ebay adds.

Wow... that truck is interesting... I'd tend to think the miles are real only because the front end hasn't sagged!! I was thinking to myself "so THAT is what the ride height was on a 2wd from the factory!" Looks like my 1989 with Moog 7226S springs and Daystar spacers!

Correct, the Forum rules you agreed to include NOT posting links to Ebay or Craigslist ads on this forum

Right, but you can copy and paste information about the truck and ask for opinions and what not. Just don't include the link.

Lary, I'm not trying to pick a fight, but I have seen several threads in the first Gen section that had craiglist ads to low mileage vehicle or unique first gen trucks(on was off MN craiglist actually). And the threads made it to 2+ pages, so you can't post to something even if your not the one selling it.

The simple fact is we can not and do not see every thread posted here, just a handful of us to take care of this forum and some stuff gets past us. That doesn't mean that it is then OK for somebody else to do the same thing.

We do not allow these ads because in less than a weeks time, every guy with an ad on ebay and craigslist would be posting their stuff here as well and then we would never be able to find the information we all come here for in the first place.

If you don't care about your spine.

I say forget the 7226S springs and just use stock springs with the spacers. I had the 7226S plus spacers and it was BONE JARRING.

NEVER AGAIN.

I don't think the 7226S and daystars were bad at all.. But then again I had been running the 7226S for a couple years before the spacers were put in. Make sure your ball joints and bushings are good and that your tires aren't too hard (if stock set to the prescribed PSI - NOT 80!)
