zero Fuel Pressure

HI,
I just installed an Edge Juice which comes with a Fuel Pressure Sensor. The install went well, but the pressure gauge reads 1 at idle and 0 wot. the engine is running fine as I installed the kit, then drove 300 miles without problem.
SO my questions is will the engine run without any Fuel pressure form the LP? or could it be I have a defective sensor?

Thanks,
Bob

You should verify the reading with a mechanical guage just to be sure. Mechanical guages dont lie and Injector pumps are $$. Yes, the engine can run fine (for awhile) on small amounts of fuel pressure.

Thanks, I bought a cheao inline gauge to check it, and Bingo, no pressure. Lucky break I guess. Found the problem while installing the Edge. Anyway, replaced the LP tonight, now 15PSI idle. Very nice.

Thanks again for the advice.

I mounted the Edge Juice on top the PDC Box using the velcro strips. Seemed like a good place and I can easily remove it to get to the fuses.

OK, I am a little slow....

I used the stock mount and mounted it on the left side near the A Pillar. I have a dash cover, so it covered the wire and looks as though it is just sitting on the dash. Not the best location. Where did you mount yours?

I posted some pics in my photos. I was goin to mount it on the dash but I didnt like the look of it. I was also going to mount it on the colum but didnt like that I couldnt see my warning lights. So I mounted It right above the cig lighter, and took the cig lighter out and made a grommet and ran the wire through there. Its easy to use cuz its right where my hand would be.
