I have a good article on the fluid, and am searching my database now. You can flush it the normal way with 2 people- 1 pumps, one opens the banjo on the brake itself. Just don't run out of fluid. Also, they say you should start at the one furthest away for the Master Cylinder, but I think that is a bunch of bull.
You can also use the Speed Bleeder (search it) and it is a slick setup.
Search my posts on here, and I'm sure you will find the Brake fluid post.

If you use the pump the pedal method don't push the pedal down further than it went in normal operation. What happens is if you push further the master will travel into an area that hasn't been used and kept free of rust, it will likely tear up the seals.
Good way to do it is to put a piece of wood behind the brake pedal to limit how far the person pumping can push the pedal down.
