What turbos came on these trucks?
Bit of an outsider here...I have a Holset HY35W and I need to know what year trucks it came off of so that I can find an exhaust elbow for it!

Will an elbow from a HE351VGT work?

I believe the HY35 is found on 01-02 Automatics....my 99 had an HX35.

And this would be a Dodge Ram 2500? I'll bring the turbo with me to the junkyards just to make sure it's the right exhaust elbow.

I believe the elbow from any 1998.5 to 2002 24 valve Dodge CTD will fit your turbo.
What are you installing it on?

Some 12v's will also have the elbow you need. Just be aware, some are held to the back plate by v-band, others are cast together.

Well, it's not a diesel, but I'm getting bigger injectors (~60 lb/hr) and plan to run about 20 pounds of boost.
