I use John Deere 15W-40 Plus 50....costs about $1.29 per quart if you buy a 55 gallon drum. I also use John Deere fuel additive. John Deere also makes a synthetic 0W-40 Plus 50 that costs about $3.94 per quart if you buy the 55 gallon drum. Always use a Fleetguard 3894 Stratapore oil filter. Nice web site you guys have here!
