What kind of gear oil should I use?
I just got my truck last week and I'm going to change all the fluids. Anyone have any suggestions on what type of Gear Oil to use for the rearends. Any recommendations for tranny and transfer case fluid would be great also.
Thanks

Diffs: Redline Shockproof Heavy if you tow, Light if you don't.
Trans: Redline C+ ATF for auto trannies, MTL for 6-speed, MT-90 for 5-speeds.
T-case: Redline D4 ATF.
Redline is good stuff, but others are good too. Their engine oil might not make the most sense based on cost/benefit, but their driveline stuff is great, and much less cost overall.
