What is code 1693,1475,0237,0238,0236?
What is code 1693 also for some reason when I went out started going down the road I noticed that I had no power above 2400 rpms. It has a hard time just getting to 3000 but untill that it is fine. When I turn on my Qzilla it gets worse like I have the brake on or something.
Found more codes 1475,0237,0238,0236

Which means Diagnostic trouble code. To go further you will need a scan tool that is capable of more than OBDII.
With this type of code it may related to your Qzilla. Try removing your Qzilla, and get the code reset. See how it goes without any mods.

I'm not sure about the '01, but you may be able to reset the code by disconnecting your batteries for a few minutes. Will your qzilla read and reset codes? Some of the boxes will. If it will, reset it with that then disconnect it from the truck and see if it comes back.

There must be a list of DTC's on thisforum someplace... Do a search and see what you can come up with. If you find one you will be ahead of the game. For the additional codes you listed:
1475: Aux. 5 volt output too high. (This is used on the sensors and is usually a wiring issue or maybe a sensor)
0237: MAP sensor voltage too low (Hmm, this sounds strange given the 1475 code above...)
0238: MAP sensor voltage too high.
0236: MAP sensor voltage too high too long.
Did this all happen at once? I would look very closely at the wiring to the MAP sensor. Does your Qzilla hook to the MAP sensor??? My guess it it does but not positive, I've only "tuned" 12 valvers .
MAP sensor issue will cause power and drivability issues.

QZILLA does not read or reset codes yes it all happened at once. I cranked up this morning and my truck cranked fine and then I started going to town and noticed my truck was running weak and I looked at my gauges and my volts were real low. It was wierd. Anyway I disconnected the Qzilla and unhooked my battery for a while now the check engine light is off but from 2500 to 3000 rpms it still dosn't feel right, and it is still showing codes with the key trick. Should I replace the MAP sensor.

Or a Smarty. Maybe a member here is close to you and could let you "borrow" one just to clear your codes.
To read the P1693 you will need to have a DRBIII. Unfortunately a P1693 means there is a code detected in the JTEC companion module, which, if I'm not mistaken is a DC specific piece of equipment. That means only the dealer (or someone who has spent the $6,000.00 on a DRB) can find out what it is.
