wastegate turnbuckle
Hey all, I've got an EZ box on my HO and also use the EZ boost elbow. I can get 26-27psi boost up here at 7000 ft elevation with this setup.
If I turnbuckle the wastegate shut will I get higher boost pressure and more air in the engine?
THX

Yep. The boost elbow as you have it is still able to bleed off a small bit of pressure, but if you turnbuckle it shut you'll be able to produce a "bit" more boost. Will it make more power? Prolly not. That is a function of the amount of fuel entering the engine not the boost pressure itself. Scott
