Various maintenance parts questions

I am going to be flushing my radiator, changing the thermostat and replacing the radiator hoses.
I am looking for the best hoses for this job. Any suggestions on brand? If so, please post of where to get them. I have found several places for Goodyear hoses already but looking for info on if they are the best or not.

I am also going to have to change my thermostat. I noticed it goes up to 210 area and then goes down to 190. Kinda scared me @ first. I will be looking for the best fluid to put back in after flush & fix. Is there a beter thermo to buy or go with OEM?

For thermostats, I have had the best luck with the Mopar unit. I have had 2 bad ones from Cummins back to back.

No recommendation on the hoses. I have yet to replace mine and will probably buy the factory replacements. AS they have lasted this long, they seem to be of good quality.

For coolant I use Zerex G-05. I get the premix as it's easier to handle, but they also have a concentrate.
