Vacuum Pump

My vacuum pump started leading oil at 40,000 miles on my '02 dually. I called the warrantee number 1 800 992 1997 and was told the part was not covered. Does anyone have any other numbers for conflict resolution at Dodge?

Thanks.

Re:Vacuum Pump

Friend of mine had the same problem on his 96'. Dodge said it wasn't covered. Here's a link to a discussion on thoughs pumps, maybe it will help ya.
Think it cost him 680$ for a pump and we installed it, shoulda went thru Cummins or bosch to get one. Tried replacing the seal, but after we tore apart the old pump the vanes inside it had started comeing apart, think thats what took the seal out. Good luck.

https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...=10030;start=0
